Weird little story that I wrote several months ago. Mostly wanted to depict some daily life for characters in the Hunting Hours setting, but I didn't want to write a story with no vore in it at all so have a weirdly meta compromise instead.

Thanks. It has definitely been way too long since I last posted any of my stories here. Going to try to upload stuff a little more often from now on though.

Honestly adorable! I love the movie talk, trying to justify logical inconsistencies and that Tennack refused to act out being eaten so they used CG.

Thanks! Writing out an analysis for a series of films that don't actually exist was surprisingly fun.

It makes me so happy to see you writing in this setting again. And mundane interactions are fine. I like the idea of the pred's partner not wanting to spend the night with the pred after a catch because the prey's squirming would prevent them from sleeping. The way the prey's futile struggle for survival is reduced to a bothersome annoyance for the couple is such a fantastic idea.

Thanks, and yeah, I really like scenarios in which the prey’s terrible situation is shown as a minor inconvenience for someone else, especially other prey.

Damn, this is actually a really interesting concept. Art is made to hold a mirror up to society, so this allows you to delve directly into people expositing their views while having it be in character, natural, and not out of place while still being interesting. Whenever I get around to my big series, I'm totally snitching this.

Yeah, I really like picking small mundane things and trying to figure out how they would work in a vore setting. How it would affect movies and television was something I hadn’t really poked at before.

I want to know what happened to the stunt double who played Maravas in the swallowing scene. for that matter, what ever became of any of the actors whose characters were required to be gobbled up for the sake of the movie? are there regulations that require predator actors to regurgitate their prey if they are swallowed on set? or is a squirmy meal and a few extra pounds on your hips just one of the benefits of being a predator actor?

Hmmmm… a disappointing answer I suspect, but I imagine all the actors involved actually survived the production. The difficulty and costs involved in hiring actors would likely skyrocket if it started to get out that a production company was letting the predatory actors keep their coworkers after a scene like that. I guess, if a character didn’t have any lines or other requirements prior to being eaten then they company could just use some captured prey for that scene. Even then though, there would be the risk of the prey deliberately messing up the scene, for example shouting something like “This is just a movie!” before the predator can swallow them, in order to force a reshoot and but themselves a little extra time.
I guess, on the other hand though, any time a predator needs to be shown sometime after their character ate someone, they would need to have a belly bulge of about the right size for the length of time that was supposed to have passed, and getting that to look right would likely involve the use of unpaid and unwilling captured prey. That definitely sounds like an interesting scenario and I might have to toy with that idea some more.

Seeing such a casual relationship between predator and prey work in this setting really makes the predation all the more deliciously perverse~

Thanks. And yeah, they’re not the most common in this setting, but it definitely does happen from time to time. Of course, there are also a lot of cases that end badly when the prey finally decides to trust their partner enough to meet up with them at their house or during hunting hours and finds that they weren’t quite as trustworthy as they had hoped.
