I meant in this town, around that voracious girl, the catchphrase isn't directed at children to be wary of strangers, but instead it could be a call to strangers to be careful themselves. Like "Dog alert" might originally mean "dangerous dog abound, stay away", but can be turned around to be directed at dogs themselves, to mean "this is an alert to notify all dogs, to tell them to be careful and stay safe". Over explaining this but I didn't know what else to say. Have a good day lol.
No, I just meant the saying "Stranger Danger" should have a reverse meaning in this town because of this dangerous child. She is a danger for strangers, rather than strangers being a danger for children.
