Patty confides in her friends Carmen and Carla that the reason she rarely swallows her victims is due to a fear of chocking, leaving her to rely on using her ass to claim her prey more then she would like, wanting to one day be more confident in her swallowing abilities and being able to taste her victims fear as she shoves them down her throat as well as be just as dangerous with her mouth then she is with her ass. Thankfully with Carmen’s experience with swallowing prey and Carlas medical abilities to reform safety, the two are able to help coach Patty through her fears and improve her swallowing abilities.
