Objectively more so, compared to a lot of Ohgra's permanent entrapment preds.

Assuming she wanted, could she even let people go? Some of the 'guests' seem to be quite stuck in their place.

i dont think she even knows how tbh

Let alone care.
Personally. The only thing she might let out of her snatch, is a sex toy. Or maybe, a temporary "human pussy" if she's that sadistic.
I mean. Why would she think of letting a "part" of her sex, out once in?

And to do a brief addition to an earlier comment I made. With Ohgra having full right to rebuke this...
Short answer, yeah. She could. But would she let her hoarded victims out? "How about no?"
Maybe she lets out a mind broken treasure out as a sex "doll" to dress up, before stuffing them back. Or she admires how little is left of her snatched up prey, whose body is almost entirely gone...
Best case those guests of hers have, is to accept their place as a part of her. Maybe being one with their pred can be a better fate than eternal, biological confinement...
