The living mountain is done, at last, have a Merry Christmas, everybody. I'm sorry, I know I promised to post the original size, but I was worried that someone might steal it and claim it as their own.

The Living Mountain

Few scholars ever had the chance to know more about the power and knowledge that exist within Pahaad. But they know two things about him. He is the oldest Mountain Tortoise, and he's not from Felarya.

Pahaad is one of the Ancients of Farro. The ancients are creatures infused with one of the elemental powers, such as fire, water, air, lightning, lava, frost, nature, magic (I won't expand it), darkness, light, and earth. It is thought that Pahaad arrived in Felarya during the Era of Mirages. Sadly, it isn't known when he came during that era, which led to a dispute among the researchers.

Pahaad resides somewhere in the Far Lands. Adventures, treasure hunters, and even poachers have tried to find him due to the rumors of ancient Farroian artifacts that lie somewhere on his shell. All of these attempts to gain glory have failed, most likely due to the animals and races that live in the far lands, the creatures and elementals that reside on Pahaad's shell, the native tribes of Humans and Nekos that worship him, getting lost, or being attacked by Pahaad's proclaimed "daughter" Krest.

The Young Guardian

Krest is the strangest harpy that everyone has seen. In legends, it's said that she was a child to a Harpy Guardian who died during the Era of Mirages but was raised and cared for by Pahaad, who presumably taught her how to use wind and electric magic.

Many have tried to find out if Krest truly is a Guardian, only to end up as her food. Although, a handful of adventures did manage to ask some of the tribes that worship Pahaad to gain some knowledge about her. Even though the information from the tribes was vague, not knowing if she is or isn't a guardian, the info they managed to get about Krest was shocking.

It seems that Krest doesn't speak the harpy language. Instead, she talks like a regular person would. But that doesn't mean a person could become friends with her, for even the most skilled with persuasion will end up inside her stomach.
