Really love A and B together for different reasons.

B gives the sexy view of the pred and how the prey fits in them.

But A gives a really nice of the prey and how that internal space is affecting them.

Hard to decide! I think I prefer A (though only slightly) because then if the pred is shown you can see what their belly looks like on the outside, which is always a nice touch.

Probably my favorite approach is both! That is, doing both versions in two separate pics.

I like B better, but both A and B can be used in the same comic or vore video. For example, if the pred is about to burp, it would pan to the B section, where both the pred's burping and the prey's reaction are seen. I would prefer A more if the pred was just dehumanizing the prey and thinking of them as food and nothing else. Like the struggle of the prey or the acceptance of the prey as the pred's food can all occur inside the stomach, and the pred couldn't care less about their feelings.
