So in the End the Prey is full consumed?
Posted by Shyguy9 1 month ago Report
Normally, yes.

Wow, no defecation and urinate, that is extreme rare.
I gave "Samy" this ability to avoid Scat & Urine arts with him, it was not working.

Gosh it sounds dreadful in there. =w=

Yes! Yes! Yes! I love internal "tentacles"

Well, this is a rather terrifying digestive system. I wouldn't want to get caught in THAT.
Hey, have you ever considered how an ice dragon would digest her food? Have something like liquid nitrogen in the stomach to freeze the prey, then the natural undulations of the stomach cause it to shatter and slip into the intestines. The only good thing about it would be that the prey would probably die very quickly and not even really feel it, eh?

No, I have not. But that sounds pretty good for a start!

Misa comes back but Shyguy tagged this fatal. I wonder what that means.

That I'm silly.

Calling it next page Misa interrupts her own educational monologue as she realizes the shit she’s gotten into
Posted by MStuarn 1 month ago Report
Maybe because it's fatal for everyone but people like Misa?
Posted by IddlerItaler 1 month ago Report
Yeah I'd guess describing fatalities could be enough to warrant the fatal tag. I read a story where a pred was merely daydreaming about vore, once.
Either that, or Misa is going to get absorbed so thoroughly, she'll straight-up get killed and need a backup clone or divine resurrection rather than her usual "survive as a puddle of slime" trick. Wouldn't be the first time someone in the verse got reformation-blocked, and I could also see a bad ending coming for her... Though I do hope the quasi-lightheartedness of Misa's series continues.

I feel like this would be capable of absorbing Misa

It does do a number on her.

This reminds me to the insides of the saarlacs from Star Wars, also vegetal beings with digestive tracts!

The sarlacc is very good. Definitely one of my favorite parts of The Return of the Jedi as a kid, heh.

Yeah! And also if you played the Force Unleashed you have a... "first hand experience" with their anatomy~

This rocks. This is such a fun idea. I love how it mixes in flora and fauna aspects. The micro-thorns are really good.

Thanks!

Question: How "sturdy" are the roots? A lot of people say it seems dreadful, but if they just bend easily it just seems like a unique stomach to get comfy inside of. (However if they are as sturdy as wood, I hope I won't be impaled before being digested)
Posted by Shyguy9 1 month ago Report
Very pliable. The points are there to help them wiggle into cracks and crevices, to better cocoon the prey. In the end, it would feel more like a firm hug as the roots constrict enough to inject the enzymes, but never to crush or impale.

Ah, thank you for shedding light on it, seems the internals aren't so horrifying after all... besides it still being there to turn prey into a soup.

roots as villi is such a cool way of combining the structures of plants and animals

Thank you. I thought so too!

Oh that is nightmare fuel... I love it!

I'm imagining a group swallowed and one by one being forced into the 2nd stomach... Listening to the one taken digest... Probably not a comfortable process either... Horrifyingly hot
