That's a chin-up. Pull-ups require having your palms face away from your body.

I mean, I'd think the fact she's lifting two people would kinda cancel out that part a bit. Not fully but it's still imnensely impressive what she's doing...though if your comments are correct then she isn't giving out proper advice lol.
