My beaver girl Brooke enjoying a maple-flavored chewpick after a meal of a human. As with real rodents, a rodent girl's front incisors grow constantly, and have to be worn down by regular gnawing. While any random piece of wood will work, most rodent girls prefer chewpicks - flavor-infused pieces of wood shaped like giant toothpicks - or other manufactured gnawing treats. Most grocery or convenience stores in their world have a section dedicated to gnawing treats, and many restaurants have some sort of gnawing treat on their menu. Not all gnawing treats are made of wood - some are more like extra-hard baked goods, and there are also some made from compressed dried herbs. While all rodent girls need to gnaw, beavers like Brooke are especially avid chewers.
