==This piece was drawn in mid-2024. Following my first art commission, my Ko-Fi supporters voted for me to begin uploading art here, including pieces that have been up on FA that I still like. This is one of those pieces.==
Few people understood the dog-sized dragon's role in their relationship, but it was quite simple.
Sasha, the gregarious reincarnated tigress and child of Ankou, was all too happy to talk things out with anyone. Where the tribe of the Kouni were often quiet and reserved, Sasha was eager to speak with those both alive and dead, to help them, to learn from them, to guide them, and to be a friend. If her cuteness, positivity, faith, and energy wouldn't win you over, then her openness and respect might.
Lumnar, in these matters, of course mattered very little. His cold pragmatism wasn't often an aid except to suggest the summoner commanded significant power. But Sasha was quick to dismiss that Lumnar was a bodyguard; how could he be, when pain inflicted upon him was pain inflicted upon her?
No, her eidolon wasn't a bodyguard. Nor was the spirit given life an attack dog. Lumnar...was an alternative, one Sasha was reluctant to loose.
You can either deal with the Deadspeaker...or she can allow you a chance to deal with him. But her eyes would apologize for doing so every time.
After all...you'd find out very quickly if you were to Lumnar's tastes. Especially after a little preemptive cooking.

Had a short burst of artistic energy, and I've been trying not to let any of it go to waste. So I looked at an old list of ideas I wanted to commission and...well, I decided to do them myself! (Alternate version is on my Discord server, let me know if you're interested in joining.)
I wasn't happy with my previous human Sasha picture for the Pathfinder 2e game I play her in. I had a lot to learn still, and there was a lot of very poor decisions in it. So when I saw the idea on my list of showing Lumnar on the attack, I decided it was a good excuse to try again! I think this one came out a LOT better, even if the story blurb's a lot less evocative. <3
