Hrmm, looks like Reiko's saying, "Oohh! Amber! Don't stop wiggling. I'm gonna cum!!" and Amber is saying, "Reiko! No, please stop! It burns!!" Then there's a churn, bubble, and a groan sound effect. =P You're right though, it does need to be enlarged. =P
