Wow! Navel appreciation is pretty rare, so this story got my interest right away! I'm assuming this was from a role-play, but it reads easy and I was really into seeing where it was going to go. Other than the bits of blood (AUGH!) I totally enjoyed this!

A particular user found me about 2 years ago and managed to draw me out of my shell, we're navel fanatics actually. XD
It was from a roleplay, almost 100% word for word actually. It reads differently than a normal story but I think it still manages to work. Anything he and I collab together is going to be similar to this in terms of navels, vore, and friendly characters. I've actually been a bit lazy on updating lately, I think on FA I put up the other 3 parts already, this RP got up above 90 pages. xD
I can direct you if you want to see more of this sort of thing, and also show you a series the other person wrote that has plenty more vore and navel appreciation. :3
