Did this for the Vore Exchange on ye olde Ell-Jay. I apologize for the somewhat lazy background, but considering how many I usually draw, it's amazing in that it exists. The hippo is in fact, a tribute to the first furry character I ever drew: a hippo in a 1950s style dress. She's without the dress now, but it's still pretty much the same character. The suggestion given for this image was for an herbivore to be decide in a change of diet in favor of cat. So I drew this purple hippo enthusiastically trying to talk Person into such an act. Anyway. I joined the exchange in the hope that I'd be forced outside my artistic comfort zone with the reward of wolf+cat art. So far it's worked wonderfully. I don't typically draw many large herbivores, or... well.. shapely anything. Probably because I don't really have a reference for it. So I did my research and enjoyed the challenge. I'm very thankful for the opportunity. I hope he likes it. D:
