ordinary flat, early one evening. It is winter, and the sun has
already set; the bedroom curtains have been pulled against the dark
skies outside, offering some privacy to the lone young man in the
room. He sits at his desk, facing his computer screen, quietly a
little excited. On the screen, a webpage, displaying a video. His
hand moves the cursor, with just a little shiver of anticipation; his
finger clicks his mouse, just once. An audible click in the silent
room.

Manjit Dhanesh sat close to the back of the amateur theatrics room, on a rather hard, movable plastic chair, and remained dutifully quiet as he watched the closing moments of the play performed on stage. “And that's it for today. Join us next week, for a new edition of the Vore Quiz, and find out where our next bold competitors… will end up.” Annikki licked her lips, smiled, and gave a little wave at the camera. “Bye for now!”


“And… roll end credits,” a voice offscreen said. Annikki maintained her pose and smile, while the cameras panned out to take in the rest of the set. “And… cut! Thanks, everyone.”
