This is a commissioned piece done by blazbaros on deviantart.com:

Galya is a young fire naga, driven by an almost insatiable urge to perfect her magic skills. She began learning at a very early age and has not slowed down since. One of the quickest ways to get on her good side is to demonstrate magical aptitude, and have a willingness to share that knowledge.

The basic premise for this picture was to show Galya's desire to learn all she can about magic. Galya is the naga with the crown and bikini top. Scala is the one with the wonderful t-shirt. Galya met Scala and the two hit it off immediately. Part of this was due to Scala's inherently friendly nature, and part was because Galya had never before encountered another fire-aligned naga. It was not long after their initial meeting that a very excited Galya began pestering her new friend for magical advice. Scala soon learned that Galya had incredible amount of raw power at her disposal, but her finesse in using this power still needed work.

And so we have Scala, being the older and more experienced naga, demonstrating to Galya the importance of form when casting spells. Using the correct form allows for both greater effect and more efficient use of energy. Galya is attempting to watch and emulate Scala at the same time, with mixed results. They decided to practice near an ancient ruined temple, built to massive scale by giants in ages past. The entire area is infused with enormous magical energy, allowing the nagas to recover quickly after casting and practice their craft for hours on end.

Are we talking giants by Felaraya standards?
'Cause that would be really huge, ya'know, with all those already large nagas around.

Both are your typical giant nagas at 200 - 300 feet in length. Contrary to popular belief, not all nagas in Felarya are of the giant variety. The big ones just happen to be the most popular for art and stories.

Very nice. Very sexy. The bigger the better, I say. ^.~

In that case, I suggest you check out Byoki-desu's naga, Angela, if you haven't already. She's the biggest naga in Felarya that I know of. There's a hilarious picture of her having swallowed Vivian, Crisis, and Scala in his gallery here. It's in the New Stuff folder and it's called "Full."

Well, we are still talking very large giants if these two nagas are 200-300 feet in length.

Yep, that's about the average length of a giant naga on Felarya. A few are much larger, though.
