This is a commissioned piece done by Blazbaros on deviantart.com:

This is commission came about after seeing his other Monty Python in Felarya picture involving Katja and the Knights Who Say Ni! I think it's safe to say this classifies as another one of his "Blazterpieces."
In this image, Galya and Scala have unwittingly dropped by the Duovise Inn on "spam" day:
__________
Scala knew something was up when the other customers, including a group of drunken Vikings, began chanting, "Spam, spam, spam, spam..." as soon as the fairy waitress handed them the menu.
"What do you have today?" Scala asked, while glancing at the menu.
Sylph, the waitress, happily listed the choices, "We have egg and duiker; spam, melon, and spam; egg, melon, spam, and spam; spam, egg, melon, duiker, and spam; spam, melon, neko, and spam; spam, spam, spam, neko, and spam..."
A disgusted Scala handed the menu over to her naga friend, Galya. "Have you got anything without spam in it?"
Sylph smiled. "Well, there's spam, melon, and spam. That's doesn't have much spam in it."
"I don't want ANY spam!"
Galya, ever helpful, asked, "Can't she have the egg, melon, spam, and spam?"
"That has spam in it!"
"It doesn't have as much spam as the spam, melon, and spam, does it?"
Scala turned back to the waitress. "Could you just give me the spam, egg, melon, duiker, and spam without the spam?"
Sylph screwed up her face. "Ugh!"
"What you do mean, 'Ugh'?" asked Scala, just as the Vikings raised their voices in praise of wonderful spam.
Sylph angrily shouted, "Shut up! Bloody Vikings!" The giants quieted down. Satisfied, she turned back to Scala and calmly explained, "You can't have spam, egg, melon, duiker, and spam, without the spam."
"But I don't like spam!"
Galya tried to interrupt the two, before an argument could begin. "Hey Scala, I'll have your spam. I love spam! But I can I substitute a human in place of the neko in spam, spam, spam, neko, and spam?"
Sylph shook her head. "Read the bottom of the menu, 'No substitutions allowed'."
A disheartened Galya replied, "Okay then, I'll have Scala's spam, and I'm getting the spam, spam, spam, neko, and spam. We'll just let the neko go."
Scala, her head in her hand, mumbled, "Count to ten. Don't blow the Vikings up. Be a nice fire naga. Think happy thoughts."
Confirming their choices, Slyph asked, "So that's one spam, egg, melon, duiker, and spam for her," she pointed to Scala, "and one spam, spam, spam, spam, neko, and spam for you?"
Galya nodded happily. Then the Vikings started their chant once again, "Spam, spam, spam, spam, lovely spam … wonderful spam!"
Galya and Scala both agreed to pay for the ensuing fire damage.
