Drew this on a whim. The Hoenn games were my favorite of the Pokemon games, mostly for the new Pokemon (like Blaziken, Gardevoir, and Absol, for example) and for some cool Gym Leaders. My favorite of the bunch was Winona, while my least favorite was Roxanne. So, after I drew this, I decided to throw in a story with it. Winona and Roxanne had a battle to see who was better. Normally, Flying-types fare poorly against Rock-types, but Winona won the match. Now, she's sleeping away while Roxanne stews away in her belly. Guess the wager was whoever lose sits in the winner's bell for 24 hours. However, it seems that Winona might not let Roxanne out (at least, not in the same piece). Well, looks like Rustburo might need a new Gym Leader and Pokemon School teacher. I don't know why, but I really adore Winona. *shrugs* Ah, well, no matter. That'll prove type advantage doesn't mean a thing!
