The Sisters of Ingestia are a sisterhood of women who worship the dark goddess Ingestia. They believe that they're stomachs are gateways to the realm of Digesti, realm of they're goddess, so they ingest they're followers whole and alive and digest them, believing that they are sending servants for they're goddess. They are one of the many cult orders that Macabre must face and destroy.
