Here's a real guide I made up, a little more in depth than my usual tutorials. xD This is basically what I do, but I can do it without the construction lines now, after practice. I view circles as 3 dimensional objects.

Very helpful ^^ Do oyu have a special technique to "clean" the sketch-lines and possible stray-pixels, or do you just re-draw over the sketch in a seperate layer?

I usually just erase the sketchy lines nowadays, since I don't like outlining, but I do redraw it over the sketch on another layer sometimes as well. Makes it look clean, and is the way to ink as well. Glad you like it. ^^

Your eyes always end up so cute. :P
Though for a second there I was afraid the circle was going to turn into a cabbage or a foot or something.

lol I thought for sure it would be another "draw a circle...now draw the rest" gag. Solid work

That looks great. I just have issues with drawing the heads looking off to the side or looking just slightly to the right or left. Lately i've started straight on, but the fur on the jaw with the wolves, I can't do it. Any pointers you can share?
