This one was a bit tricky, because he stomach was going to balloon out, but there wasn't really anywhere for it to go with her boobs in the way and that one tentacle going up between them.

I maybe didn't pull it off right, but her stomach is supposed to be coming out over her breasts, while squeezing around that tentacle there.
