Here is a teaser of the Koopa girl sequence from my Cownugget CD #2. On the CD, these pics include the cutaway of her prey inside being shaken up and semi-digested as she dances.
The koopa girl's name is Sandi. She has such an incredible affinity for Yoshis and the way they eat, that she wants to be able to devour things in the same way they do. Granted, she doesn't turn them into eggs, but she doesn't seem to mind.
