One thing I can't tell at this angle is if Jacqueline is throwing her up into her mouth. I say this because I can't make out what all the other blurry looking stuff is between her arm and tongue...
Still, good work on the angles :O

Jacqueline's lying on her back. That's her ruffled shirt you're seeing there. So yes, Catharine's traveling horizontally.
