... Or so the saying goes. It'd be a little bit difficult for him to keep track of the number of creatures that would consider him the "bigger fish", especially since the vast majority of them end up dead. But it's probably a lot.

Size reference picture for Caracalla, because I really kind of needed one. Half-serpentine creatures don't have a set body-to-tail ratio, so it would have been fairly easy to think his humanoid portion was considerably larger or smaller than I actually intended it to be. Plus his original picture obscured some parts of his body due to the pose I drew it in, so this one gives a bit better idea of what he looks like in full.

I've plotted out a lot of anatomical and biological information about him, actually, but I don't know if I want to ramble about it here because it can get a little tedious; if you really want to hear about it, just ask. He's definitely capable of swallowing that unfortunate guy floating in front of him, I'll say that much. And unless something intervenes, he will quite-undoubtedly proceed to do so right after this picture was "captured". He's currently contemplating it, which will probably take about two seconds of halfhearted thought until he realizes that there's absolutely no reason he shouldn't have eaten the whimpering bastard already and that his hesitation is ridiculous and unfounded. ... Which is usually how these things tend to go, come to think of it. You'll be a lucky soul if you can convince him to delay dinner long enough for you to attempt reasoning with him, and even luckier if said reasoning actually works.

As I've mentioned before, I really -really- adore his design, particularly the fins and dots on either side of his tail @ A @

I'd love to see a fully shaded picture of him sometime to see him glowing, and pbbt I'm always interested to hear more about him > v <

That would require me learning how to properly do digital coloring. Which... is feasible, but hasn't been going super well. I screwed up with the layers on this one, at any rate; I wanted to at least flat color it but couldn't as a result.

I'd like to draw him glowing too, though. I'm sure that the character will give off a very different vibe when he's properly shaded... much more ominous and threatening. Which is definitely what I want to go for, so I hope I can get off my lazy ass and do it at some point.

I really like all the details you`ve put into this. Especially the last part of the tail.

AS for information about him, I think that his rp profile page was quite informative.

I think what I meant is that there's even more ridiculous little details about him that I haven't included on his profile page that I've thought up. I'd love to ramble on about them for all eternity, but I don't get the impression that everybody would want to listen. I'm glad the page is informative enough by itself though.~

In terms of the details, I'd definitely say that the fins (including his tail) take more time to draw than any other part of the character, but I don't really want to simplify them 'cause I like the way they look, even if it might save me a lot of time. .. And if other people like you feel the same way, that just gives me that much more reason to continue drawing all the intricate parts. :>

Aaaa, thank you ;; It's something I suppose I pride myself on a little, but it takes an awfully long time to get lines of that quality, so it's not as though I can just whip them out at the drop of a hat. I like to think it's worth my while, though. :>
