Deirdre happens upon Florimel finishing off a poor cheetah and naturally has something snarky to say. (She's probably jealous.) This pic happened because Kiba was handing out full page Kiba references at Further Confusion. I hadn't drawn Flora swallowing someone yet so he got lucky...or unlucky, depending on who you ask.

She's just being snarky. Remember that Deirdre recently at an otter, which arguably is as closely related to her as a cheetah is to Flora.
