The story behind this one? It's hard to explain. The girl's body acts as a sort of doorway to a small pocket dimension. The victim in this pic is trying to feel his way back to the girl's mouth so he can come back out.

It's small enough to be cramped, but big enough to be really hard to find your way out of. It's like a piece of paper folded into itself hundreds of times.
