To ensure that the gods do not wage war against each other and destroy the universe in the process, the Gods call upon titans of their respected sides.

Giants of Midgard, fighting the Snake titans of the Aztec lands.

The battles are often so titanic they break and shake the earth, as battle wages around these titans. Undoubtedly whoever wins the skirmish, will ultimately win the battle.
