Question: Will you ever do more in depth things, as in full tour, digestion, or anything along those lines?
I can understand if not, I do enjoy what I see though.

It's much more challenging to do internal stuff in 3D, and I'm not as interested in full-tour or digestion personally, so it's not likely anytime soon.
If I can get some models created for the throat and a more detailed mouth, however, I would like to do a few images centered around that. Someday.

I usually try to keep it as close to safe-for-work as possible, so I can share my stuff on dA and the like. Nude versions every so often might be a good change of pace, though!

well i thought ide bring the topic up as guidlines on deviantart state that certain things arent allowed and karbo's work has alot of what i had suggested earlier and ide like to see what your take on going about such a thing would look like

It's a tricky subject. General nudity is fine, if it can be considered artistic; so long as nobody is pleasuring themselves or being pleasured, it's generally okay. Specifically, it cannot be obscene or pornographic.
So yes, nudity is allowed (so long as it's marked as mature content), but there can be a bit of a gray area sometimes regarding whether it's pornographic or not... I usually prefer to keep some distance from it, but you're right, a little bit of nudity would be acceptable (like with Karbo's work).
