It certainly seems that way, seeing as one of the tags is orphanage. I'm also assuming the orphanage has him in the first place (Due to the err ... rather rude fur's comment of calling him a murderer) Because he may or may not have done away with his parents, whether by accident or on purpose. ANYWAY!
