First try with copic markers.
It's a request and Ursula is one of the best pred's Disney ever made.
I made this familar to my first Ivy from Soul Calibur picture.
Sorry about the trashy color. It's a Din A3 Picture and a real pain to get this inside a A4 scanner.
Before I destroy it with a background (airbrush), I perpetuate the picture here.

The look suits her far more than I would expect.
Or maybe not... Conventionally attractive or not, she always was a rather sexual character.

I'll give you this: you've managed to stay true to the characters original design while coming close to making her attractive looking. Keyword, close. Sorry, it's good work for others, but not for me. Still, I think you deserve a pat on the back for it.
