First thing I've drawn in a while. I'm getting rusty. And I'm up late for some reason. Oh well.

This is the Spirits Crest. It's a family heirloom that Django Spirit, my Zexal character, receives later in life. It was initially going to be his 5th birthday gift, but the accident that took his parent's lives got in the way, and was thought to have been lost. It later "appears" when a ghostly spirit leave a small package on Django's doorstep with a note. The note states what the Spirits Crest is and how it functions. Django starts wearing it as a pendant.

Basically, it's like the Emperor's Key Yuma has, only it functions differently. It has not pocket dimension, no spirit entity inside it, and is not of alien origin.

Instead, it has other functions including but not limited to: cannot be harmed by force or time itself, full control over the "Numbers" and removes all corrupting effects that they might have, grants Django the option of using Destiny Draw outside of his Divine Soul Mode, allows Duel Spirits to materialize more easily in the real world, and boosts Django's psycho kinetic powers to greater levels without the energy drain afterward.

It was forged by the Spirit Family ages ago, and has been passed down for generations. It also has the ability to "network" the hearts and souls of others together to a greater level. It becomes another keepsake for Django, along with his mother's wrist-sized golden ring and his father's headband.
