So everyone's had a man but you, and you're feeling left out! Not to worry - having a man of your own is as easy as 1-2-3!
1) Find a Man. The best places to go are either places designated human-only (excluding ruggs, and therefore they probably don't like ruggs) or rugg-only (excluding humans, in which case a human isn't likely to be there for any good reason). At least that way you can be reasonably confident you're not eating anyone who is a friend of ruggs. It shouldn't be too hard to find a man in one of those places - if it is, what are you doing out hunting on your own, anyway?
2) Prepare the Man. This is the easiest part of all: Once you find the man, simply chase him down, pin him to the ground, and remove his clothes. They are delicious just like that! Some ruggs intentionally seek out more of a challenge and let the man know they're coming to prolong the chase, but since you're reading these instructions you'd probably better keep it simple.
3) Eat the man! There are three schools of thought here. You could simply eat whatever meat is closest until you are full or he is too dead to be interesting, or both. But since this is your first time, you should enjoy it! If you pin him face down, put a knee in the small of his back, and the buttocks, the back of the thighs and calves are all easily accessible and high-quality meat. However, our recommended approach is to pin the human on his back, where he'll create the so-called "serving platter" of genitals, thighs, and abdominal cavity - the easiest meat (if barely more than a mouthful), the best meat, and the tenderest meat, respectively. Additionally, you will be able to see the man's facial expressions while you are eating him - these can be quite entertaining - and if you eat quickly and efficiently, he may remain alive long enough for you to eat his face as well before you move on to the rest of the better pieces of meat scattered around his body. (For this reason, we don't recommend allowing temptation to distract you to such nuggets as the pectoral muscles or fingers or toes; save those for after he's dead, or for a later hunt.)

Prepared by the Epituz Humane Society. This is a work of humor, and meant neither to offend any ruggs nor to give them ideas. Please don't eat us. We like ruggs. Sort of.

For the slot of "Goriest Monster-Girl and Prey", I present one of Ka-Atis' ruggs with a fellow she happened to bump into in the forest (after following him for half an hour and waiting for him to be alone). I have it on good authority that ruggs hate to have have things in their hair or spend any time with combs or hair products, but I thought a special exception might be made to keep the hair out of their eyes when they wanted to see their food squirm.
30 Days of Monster-Girls 27: Gory Monster-Girl
(This is probably my goriest picture ever. Sorry if it makes anyone uncomfortable.)

I know exactly what you mean!

It's.. it's wonderful. You really mastered this perfectly. It truly gives the rugg-feel. :D
But I can also see how others are running away screaming. Makes sense. ..after all most people have an instinctual urge to avoid such fierce predators. :P
Hah I think I see what that campaign really aims for. The more people fear ruggs, the more people will hate them too, and -inevitably- get eaten by them at some point. So this is how Epituz deals with overpopulation. ..? Holy crapsickle. O.O
Anyhow - I'd go for the third way. The face must be payed attention to. But hmmmmm, pecs can be so distracting, yes. XD

Yay! I actually had a lot of fun with this - I redrew her face about a billion times - the original piece of paper is threadbare - but I was really happy with the pose and wanted to keep it.
And yes, this is some quality underhandedness by the Epituz Humane Society! :)

Yes, the rugg face can be a true challenge, I sometimes have to do a lot of redraws myself too.
Definitely. The predators there network nicely, the ruggs being the tip of the iceberg. *grins*

I can't even
Well this is really well drawn. Really captures the...utter despair and such in his expression.
