You did pretty good, Maexam2. There are just a few little mistakes I can pick out 'cause Applejack and I are supposed to share the same dialect and accent. =)
Here's how your sentence might look with a more common Southern American (and possibly a little Midwestern) phonetic spelling:
"Agreed with ya, partner! 'Til now there ain't been even one commission of good ol' Vale that hasn't been enjoyable. Am I right or am I right?"
Both "'til," with an apostrophe, or "till," with a double "l" and no apostrophe, can be used for "until." Just stay consistent and don't mix the two in this sense.
