Yeah... she was pleading when she still could. As I said somewhere else, Valerie's gastric juices, being insanely acid, leave the air in her belly pretty much toxic. The gases emanating from in there put "asleep" her preys with just a few breaths... So yeah, I admit it could have been more lively, but I wanted to contrast the unforgiving fatality of Val's gut against her own happiness, delicateness, etc.

Sorry I made you sad. :p

I wasn't sad so much as my reaction was just kind of... Uhhh hard to explain. I kind of felt like a ballon that someone let the air out of. Weird thought, but thats the best I can do to explain my reaction.

Nah I understand. It's a downer, I know right. I could and I think I should have lengthened a bit more the last few scenes so that she didn't go off of the story that easily but meh, as I said somewhere this was kind of an improv comic, so I guess making mistakes like this is part of the deal. Because yes while I like the idea that she consumed the giantess, it seems like a mistake to me, now that you pointed out, that I could have done something signifiant to add to this moment, but didn't.

When the question of "where is it all going?" is pondered, I keep thinking to Strega's stories "It" and "Coated". 'It' being a fur coat/bearskin rug that's an extension of a extra-dimensional critter. Like an anteater sticking it's tongue into an anthill, the pelt is just the means of catching, surrounding, and processing human prey. The processed food going through a small opening to where the rest of the critter is, outside our limited perception of just three dimensions.
