A very classy Pokemon indeed.
Starters in general have one thing in common, in my opinion. First stage evolution is the cute and adorable phase, second evolution is the awkward teen phase, and final evolution is the grown up and badass phase. ;p

Chances for a geneticist to have the fetsih and work on it are nul, and chances for him/her to succeed are nul too. It is for one impossible scientifically, and two, if it was, getting such enhancements would cost way too much money if you want my opinion.
As for the cutaway version, I will not do it.
