Side note: to anyone I add on discord, I delete folks I am not close to personally if we have not spoken in over 3 months at all.
Just updating my info -may keep this journal for a while.
I have made a rule that if I am not close to anyone personally I delete/unfriend them on discord if we have not spoken at all in 3 or more Months.
I've found it helps me mentally to keep a limited number of close friends (they know who they are) having too many people who I rarely talk to just makes me feel uncomfortable nowadays and I am focusing more on my mental health then anything else right now.
