I dont paint/draw much of this kind of stuff but i like it ... mainly because of the drawing/painting proces its much fun and easy so its double fun xD
now where the idea came form ?
I was playing diablo 3 when I went down to the bastions keep Larder where you can found the lord of glutony GHOM
basicly the story is that azmodan the lord of sin atacked the sancturay with his army and sent the lord of glutony to the Keep to eat up and infest all the food and people in it (as much as possible) ofcourse in the game he failed ---> http://www.d3andre.com/img/3_Ghom.jpg thats him o3o
first of all i relaced him with a big female demoness who is stuffing the dead corpses of those that she already killed (or just eat some alive)
noticebly shes preaty full so she succeeded with eating(defeating) most of the bastions people ... because the nephelam sat down to drink his tea !!!!!! HOW DARE YOU ?!?!?
thats why you cant just stand and craft items while other fight in nephelum rifts!!! xD

shejust kinda stuffs herself with tons of corpses and have indigestions thats why shes so big and round ... and after eaten all the people at once she slowly digests

i thought of diablo from the first glance but when i red your text i was like "wowowow diablo! yay"
haven't played the third part but i'm a really huge fan of diablo II and the monsters from all the series. you did great job with the demoness, she looks right the way she should to fit the atmosphere of chaos and gore.
