Nice story, was short but still a fun read. Liked the bit at the end where he worries about getting scolded for eating people.

Maybe it was a bit short, but I am not sure how I could extend it further.

Eh, don't worry about it. Just keep practicing. Being short doesn't make it bad, it's just how it is. Though if you want suggestions then I'd say linger on details more maybe.
