Say hello to Tami, one of the newly appointed members of the Mobile Criminal Containment Unit, or MCCU, for short.
Tami is best referred to as a "Gum Girl", her body almost mimicking the consistency of bubble gum. This makes her perfect for the MCCU, her body capable of holding suspects pretty firmly in place, until they can be properly processed back at the station. And standing at just about 9 feet tall, she can fit a whole lotta crime in that body of hers.
Tami wants nothing more than to make sure criminals and crooks wind up where they belong, behind bars. It's just a perk they have to go through her, literally, to get there.

I had the idea after I finished that last drawing, and I really wanted to play around with some new brushpacks I got for SAI, as well as really trying to work on making things look like they feel a certain way, in this case, gummy. And I can't lie, I've really been wanting to develop some characters of my own. As much as I love drawing some delicious fanart, I've gotta have my creative outlets :D
