"Looking in her room's mirror, Pinkie gazes at her body, standing up on her hind hooves. Even with 5 full-sized ponies, her belly merely protruded out slightly more than usual. Twisting and turning her body, she can see the vague outlines of the horns from her magic-wielding friends and the thick legs of her friends compressed within her innards as they are embedded deep inside the maze of her intestines. Each twist of her torso revealed a new pony part, as she guesses which friend owns what part. Giggling at how the ponies' imprints look like they are etched into her flesh, she settles on her 4 hooves, eager to start the day."

I love the expression, but her pose seems a bit off. With the positions of her front and rear hooves, it looks almost like she bent her spine 180 degrees. Then again, we are looking at Pinkie Pie here, and the animators have certainly bent her around a lot more!

Huh, I thought I put in a more 90 degree look at the most. But yes, she always has that excuse of cartoon physics to do just about anything! Thank you, anyways!

It might have been that I was looking at it on my phone before, but she looks more "normal" now. Really though, I suppose talking about anatomy here is odd thing to point out a way considering either her stomach is either bigger on the inside, or her friends are very tightly packed in our little pink pony's digestive track.

Weird to talk about anatomy on a cartoon character in the first place, haha! I think she has a mix of both those traits. Her friends are quite snug in there.

Spiritual Diabetes is a bitch. But at least it just an annoyance these days as we respawn outside the gates to the afterlife (they even installed a small "respawnee" door as opening the giant gates for regulars was to expensive).

i swear from far away when i saw this, i thought that those hoof imprints on her belly were her breasts! then i expanded image and went, "oh now i see!" still pretty good in my book!

yeah i saw it on derpibooru first, and that was my first impression! also, thought occurred while typing, will there be a possible x-ray? i'm interested and very curious of how big the others are, inside of pinkie

I'm really terrified of how an x-ray'd be portrayed. The rest of the Mane 6 is inside trapped full-sized within a hammerspace belly, so I'd imagine it would be quite a difficult task, haha!
My drawings are permanent, pretty much. If I erased anything and went over, faint lines would be left behind. I should probably start on digital art sometime soon, you know?

Nice job, but think of this. Pinkie ate a cake 2 or 3 times the size of celestia with no bulge. I think that her friend would make an even smaller bulge than that:P
