I like how the three guys are at different stages. And I like how the expressions are represented through the feet.
The three of them in one snake reminds me of that Chinese story about the three friends who swore an oath of brotherhood under the peach tree: "Though we were not born the same day, we shall all die the same day in the belly of a snake." Well, that last part may not have been in the original...
