For those that don't know. Fooly can multiply the effects of just about anything times 3. He can do this several times and can do this to his self and multiple people. Right now Fooly is multiplying EVERYONE'S abilities times 3. Everyone should now have the ability to do things with greater ease.

Yes this is what I look like at my maximum! I'm no longer messing around! I must show everyone my full strength if I am to look like leader material.
There will be time for that later. I think the picture looks fine without yal being able to see my junk there XD
