part 9 =)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
From her cage, and despite her state of weakness, Astora hadn’t lost a single second of the rampage. At the beginning, two questions popped in her mind. What was this crazy creature, and will it make it, rushing into a village of hunters?
Within ten seconds, these two questions were answered and another took their place. Was Schlirk able to eat an entire village of hunters?
This eight-legged dragon-like creature had no equal… She recognized him at his first attack.
Though she had only witnessed the pleasure he took with a prey trapped in his stomach, she expected such behavior when it came to hunting. But could it even be called hunting? What she saw was a real feeding lust… and she had to concede that it raised some weird feelings inside her… again…
Why did she love watching this big glutton so much? This was a complete mystery…
But the most important was that her troubles were done, now. Schlirk had swallowed no less than eight hunters, maybe more considering that a bulge was already visible when he threw his raid. And all the others had run away like the powerless coward they were. It wasn’t like they could be anyhow a challenge for the big eight legged predator.
The bulge between his legs was amazingly big and agitated. It was pretty obvious that the crowd fought hard in there, trying in vain to get out. And the expression of Schlirk’s face was a mix between pain and deep pleasure. This big glutton would not even listen to his own body when it ordered him to stop! Such greed was insane! But it was also… insanely attractive to watch…
She smiled weakly in her cage as Schlirk started to walk toward her. He would surely set her free, there couldn’t be any other reason he came to her.
“Thank you… “ She whispered when he came closer, her forces at their lowest point. She was exhausted, and hurt… but everything will be okay now.
Still, there was something strange… Schlirk had stopped right next to the boiling cauldron, and knocked it almost unconsciously, spilling the water on the ground. Motionless, he stared at her from below, a curious look in his eyes.
Astora wondered what took him. Was he thinking of how to release her from this cage? She couldn’t tell why, but this stare gave her chills in the back… a bit like fear, with a bit of fascination. Pushing on his hind legs, Schlirk raised to her level, and watched her with this same look… It made her so uncomfortable… why?
She gasped when the big predator, still not leaving his strange stare, slowly licked his lips… No! He had to be kidding!
“Schlirk, that’s me. You know me. I helped you in the woods…” She said timidly.
No reaction. Had he even heard her? This was hard to tell… But her heart started pounding as he opened his jaws wide, allowing her a good view on the inside of his maw. He tilted his head on the side, and she could see the jaws enclosing the sides of her cage. In fear, she closed her eyes.
There was a cracking. The pressure he applied on the wooden yet resistant cage was scary… She could feel something coming through the bars… Something soft, wet, warm… His tongue! It was so squishy that it could reach her body!
A moan combined with a little growl escaped the gaping fleshy hole in front of her. It seemed like Schlirk, however powerful he was, was unable to break her cage. It was probably the first good news of the day…
He didn’t seem conscious; she had the gut feeling that what was here with her wasn’t the creature she had spent time with earlier… It was like a predator’s body moving on its own, driven by the same feeding lust she had just witnessed. And this body was considering her as food! All that kept her safe was this cage she hated a few seconds ago.
Her breathing calmed down a bit as Schlirk finally removed his jaws from the cage, to come back to his strange stare.
There was nothing to worry about. If he couldn’t get to her, she was safe. That was what she kept telling herself to reassure herself, but in his eyes, there wasn’t even the option of giving up… He was just… searching another way to get his prey…
