Ok... But the Vampire is dressed like a Cowgirl, so why is there a modern dressed girl with her, and I'm all for cameo's and references, but just including someone wearing a famous characters clothes out of the blue is a little odd. It feels like there would be more to it.
Like it wouldn't just start and end with them wearing their clothes.

It's a red and green striped shirt. Not even a sweater. I made it striped in the lineart and then Canime suggested I make it red and green for the minor reference. I decided why not. Absolutely nothing else in her attire references Freddy.
The vampire is an OC belonging to TheWickedKing, as the description says. The decision to have her dressed as a cowgirl is his.
...Also, it's a picture for Halloween and you're questioning why characters might be dressed up? Bwah?
