I like that idea as well, it could very easily be implied that Pinkie thought a great way to get to know this Twilight was by really getting inside her.

Heh, this gives me a new idea:
Pinkie Pie wants Twilight to be able to eat any sweet she wants so she bakes her a lot of baked goods and then forces herself into Twilight's belly.
Now that Pinkie is inside Twilight, Twilight will be able to eat any food she wants without having to worry about getting fat, as Pinkie will make sure to eat anything that goes into her stomach.
Also, thanks to her hyperactive metabolism, Pinkie won't gain any weight either, preventing her from getting too fat to come out her friend after they are finished.
Best plan ever!
