I really like the way you made her eyes light up with the alternating lights of the strand xD made me snicker to think about she might be accomplishing that :)
(Btw, have you ever watched a series called Fringe? There was an episode dealing with "alternating light flashes" being used to hypnotize humans, might be something you could use in a picture or comic if you ever need something for an inspiration to draw with :D)
