You keep switching between "his/he" and "they" when referring to Karma, it makes for bad flow.

'his/he' is referring to the farmer, not Karma.

I'm so glad you like it! Sometimes it's hard for me to get myself to draw or write, but once I actually start doing it it doesn't take me long.
