I wonder if Dashie was inside the stomach long enough to let her feel what the next failure will be like. Releasing her in top-notch shape with no signs of even barest injuries from digestion after the first failure is no fun~

Well as Greta said in the previous panel, she was in the crop, not the stomach.

Huh... I thought she meant like she was in the throat the first time and then during the second she swallowed Dash deeper and her head entered the stomach, thus causing the mocking statement about how Dash's situation is getting worse with every passing second and a reminder that soon even her current predicament will seem to her as a blessing. Maybe I am just overthinking it, but personally I just assumed that Gretta wouldn't do the same `move` twice in a row and hence now Dash is past the crop and partially inside the stomach, realizing with her own hide that the crop is indeed a better vacation spot. Next move will be full stomach dive :P
