Having with arms gives her a more 'motherly' and 'nurturing' appearance as she cuddles and carresses her belly bulge :3 I think you ought to keep her with arms, regardless of how the Monmusu Quest version actually is.
Curious question, is she gonna be turned into a 'milf' so she can get all~ the cute boys to nom on?
