I mean, I don't really care either way about the pose itself. I only care that Blizzard themselves said they were happier removing it, since the dev team felt the pose accidentally put more focus on her ass than they wanted it to. To me, if they're happy, it's not really worth getting upset with.
I think some gamers are tired of seeing developers removing content because of a few or in this case 1 complaint. Hardly anyones going crazy about this and a majority of the responce to this has been people sarcastically ripping into Blizzard.
The complaint came from someone who is talking absolute shit. It's a butt, those things exist. It's not 'out of character' for her. She's a cheeky character, and it's a cheeky pose.
...she's almost certainly not a virgin either. Scandalous!
Yeah, thats awesome. Im not sure if Blizz was being a troll this time. But I like the out come of the story. And even if it sounds strange I did enjoy the drama last week. It inspired me to draw that cool pic. And now I wanna draw an other one.
PS I almost hope that the new pose will make few feminazis mad to their tears.
I like the newer pose myself. This video here actually gives a good explanation of poses. Goes pretty in-depth with Tracer's pose: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZmLkVtqjf1A
The whole controversy shows the problem with such groups. They aim at easy targets they know they can get, but never challenge the real issues, while also enraging people who could support them. Their efforts appear little more than petty if you ask me.

There wasn't any drama until people threw a hissy fit over the pose being removed.
