A bit of an aside, there should be way more art of huge bellies being carted around in wheelbarrows, don't you think?
Anyway, here we see a very pregnant Hotaru looking quite satisfied after stuffing herself silly with who knows what. The babies seem to be quite pleased with the ginormous meal too by the looks of it. As to what she ate I think I'll leave it up to the viewer. Maybe it was just a ton of candy. Or maybe she is coming back from decimating an entire race of gingerbread men. That's the power of IMAGINATION folks!
